Modular and Potent Low-Impact Workouts: Life moves fast and you move faster. Wherever you are in the world or in your life, our movement practices are designed to work for you. Find options for plug-and-play with our shorter videos to curate your own perfect workout or find full sculpt classes that fit your needs.
Bite-Sized Mindset Sessions: Meditation isn’t for everyone. And while we think it's truly meant for the people that meditation doesn’t “work for”... we understand the resistance. For the non-meditators and the meditators alike, we offer quickies: 3-5 minute mindfulness practices to reground and recalibrate your thoughts. Give in to stillness for just a couple minutes, you will never regret it.
A Membership That Sees & Rewards You: AKA a Residency. Becoming a resident at House of Ebb is a commitment to yourself and we believe in celebrating that. Showing up for yourself time and again is something worth acknowledging and we reward those milestones along the way with thoughtful gifts to take you a little further.
